Unhappy 2007 Mazda 5 door ajar warning light

Lately I have noticed that even with all doors closed and locked, the door ajar light stays on and the alarm will not activate. Any similar issues with someone else and any ideas how to fix the problem? Thanks

Hey Angel to, did you ever figure out what was causing the problem? I have a 2009 Mazda 3 S sedan that also has the door a jar light permently on. As well as the blue Guage accent lights on. And no horn when activating the door lock system. It drains my battery and is very frustrating. All my doors are closed tight. And have been lubed. I bought my car used and this was happening (unknown to me). I'm removing the negative battery post to spare my battery currently. It's not been easy finding guaranteed solutions to this problem. No one comes back to share the fix. I hope you do. Soon. Thanks

Hi there!
I'm also having this issue now, I have replaced both front door lock actuators and both rear door sensors.
The light would go off when I say in the passenger seat and applied pressure to the panel so think it MAY be the wiring harness behind the panel. I'll have a but hers this weekend but did you ever find the problem to your warning?
