Used 2019 (68 reg) Mazda 3 90k miles - too many?
Looking to purchase a used 68 reg 1.5 diesel Mazda 3, only concern is it's done 91k miles in 4 and a bit years. Any obvious concerns I should look out for when test driving?
I live in the US so I don't know. The only Mazda diesel we had in the states was the CX-5 Diesel in 2019 but was discontinued.
I suspect you might need to look very thoroughly in reliability. Some diesels are not as reliable as what you think. If the diesel engine in the Mazda is unreliable, suggest looking for a petrol Mazda.
Correct me if I am wrong on this.

The thing is with diesels is usually they’re very solid as a engine…… until you add the emissions crap. I personally havnt kept up with diesel since the 90’s, but know quite a few people who are diesel heads, and cannot stand the diesels vs the older ones. Even rock solid Cummins, one of the only parts on a dodge to not fall apart is have issues related to emissions.
