Default Under dash diagnostic connection

Wonder if anyone knows where the under dash OBD11 diagnostic connector is in the current model 3? Is it behind a fuse box cover or just in the open? A pic would be great help if possible otherwise a description where it is would be appreciated.

Beside the bonnet release lever. Chuck your head down in the footwell.

Yes MAZDA neatly tucked it out of sight. I can only say on Mexican and Japanese built for USA the location position to find it while sitting in the driver seat the left knee would point the way under the dash at the bottom of the lower fascia interior cover.

Or like Grim said but with a flash light!

Thank you Callisto, at least now I know it is sort of in the open, although hidden away! Some cars it is behind the fuse box door under the dash.
