Tires

This is primarly for Virg seeing as he seems to have the up's on tire wear concerning the M3's. Am I right in thinking that you can only get around 20-25,000 miles on any given set of tires no matter who makes them. You'r right about it being expensive to replace tires every 20-25,000 miles.
My taught is to buy the cheapest set that has good handling and quite ride and be ready to change them every 20-25,000 miles. If any M3 owners can show me a set that handles and drives well after 20,000 miles I would consider a more expensive tire. Thanks for any input.

I have over 11,000 miles on the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires I mounted on my 2009 Mazda3, and so far at least, they still look brand new. I'm thinking that they'll easily last forty to fifty thousand miles.
