Ok, I have searched and didn't find an answer to whats going on with my stereo in my 08 3. I disassembled the center console and removed the stereo from the car last week to do some exstensive cleaning. Reassembled everything exactly as it came out. Now when I turn on the music it cuts out every 5 to 8 seconds. No error pops up or anything. It even does it in Aux mode when I have my iPhone plugged in. Tried to run through the reset process I found on the forum but that doesn't do anything. If anyone has a solution to this that doesn't involve me buying a new stereo that would be great.

 

Remove, recheck, refit.

 

Done that...

 

So no one else has had this problem?
