Slippage
2013 Mazda 3 ...
Driving along, suddenly the D (for drive) starts to flash, then slips into neutral and after a few seconds slips back into drive ....
No info that I am able to find ....
Any Ideas ????

When was the last service done to the transmission and what was it?
What is the miles on the odometer?
As grim asked what was the trouble code you found?.... There will be at least one or more from your description of the event. If you did not find any or don't know how then answering my first question would be a start but the next would be knowing the fault codes. REQUIRED to give a better cause and effect answer for you?
