Default Slight engine roughness?

Hi,
Grandkids first car a Mazda 3 , 2007 seems in excellent condition. Only two issues including this one but it is so slight I,m not sure its just normal for a 2007 car. Engine performs really well for 170,000 km. Had all services at Mazda, no rattles or odd noises. Auto gearbox seems perfect. The only issue is that when you stop with engine running ( say, at a set of traffic lights) there is a very slight roughness. Engine speed drops a tad at the same time. Was wondering whether to clean the throttle body in case its getting a bit gummy. Is this issue a normal thing for 2007 Mazdas? ( never had any Mazda before). Many thanks for any info.

Clean the throttle body. Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes or more, reconnect, start it up & let it idle before driving it.
