Question Replacing pass side fog light assembly

Pass side fog light on my 2011 3 sport 2.5 engine must be replaced due to broken lens. Have a new light assy, can't buy the lens only, it is all made together, that way they get more money. Then there is a glass lens setting a foot off the ground just waiting to be broken by the first rock, or anything else on the road that hits it. Mazda parts say this is a common occurrence with these cars. They wanted $185 for the assy., but I found it for $65 on the internet. Question is, Does anyone have any pointers on how to change this baby? I hate to have to pull the inter fender well back. That may be my only way tho. Thanks in advance.

I'm not 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure you can access it just by removing the splash guard (or undertray or whatever they call it). It's just held in place by a few screws. Put the car up on some ramps or jackstands and you'll see the screws that hold the splash guard in place. It goes from one side of the car to the other underneath the front part of the engine. I'm pretty sure that once it's removed you can reach up into the lower part of the bumper and access the fog lights.

Thanks, Rearend Sam. I am hoping it's that simple, would be much easier than having to pull inside fender well off, Will try that first. Thanks for your info.
