Any mod can potentially void your warranty. I would guess this one would be one of the more obvious ones though.
You could call your dealer and ask?
Also, the bumper-to-bumper should be safe with this, but the drive train warranty would likely be in jeopardy.

Called the dealer, and a muffler delete will not void a warranty as long as the cat stays in place.

Not really an important fact, but just an FYI for anybody who needs it.

Ok, wait, i've posted this in many areas but all i have is the original header then to flex pipe, then after my flex pipe, i have nothing, pretty much, just straight pipe to a glass pack with dual outlet exhaust and my car is not that loud at all....I think there is one "cat" and a resonator back to back on the stock system after the flex pipe both of those are gone. No CEL and passed emissions and safety (missouri)...I still have my OBX header which i'm putting on next week, then it will sound probably too loud. I'll throw a CEL and i would be quite surprised if my car even ran due to the fact that the only thing in my exhaust is a glass pack and the insane lack of back pressure.

It depends on the attitude of your dealer, some may be waiting for ppl to start modding there car just so they can give them bs claims that the car is all messed up now, others (like mine) will actually just ask if the problem is being caused by the mod ex.statement:"i installed a cai and now im throwing a cel but the car runs fine AND getting better mpg" response:"we will check and see if the maf is still in working order (for a price and at your consent) and if everything is fine we wont void the warranty, but if you come back and say that the motor has seized then yeah you get the picture."

Btw what is a bumber?

I see a Texas license plate in there.
And though videos are by nature not that accurate, it does sound a bit noisy to me. But, to each his/her own.
I know when I get up next to a Dodge 2500-3500 diesel that's a few years old (they had since quieted them down,) it can drown out my exhaust w/o too much trying at all.

Thanks for the vid, I actually had the muffler removed last week when I bought new tires.
It actually is not that loud in person. Most the noise is between 2000-3500 RPMs.
Also, when at cruisin speeds, you don't notice much at all but a small hum, which any radio, cryin kid, or nagging wife can drain out pretty easy.
