MP3 Player HELP
 

I just bought a mazda 3 and has anyone installed a MP3 player in there mazda3 and still kept the stock CD player. If so what is it and how did you install it? A friend of mine has tried in his mazda3 but has been told by the dealer its next to impossible. He has tried a Dell DJ with 20 gig and did not work and the Apple IPod with wireless connection to the FM tuner worked but the reception sucks.

Hi, ive been trying to do that as i have a good mp3 player from my previous car. I was thinking of putting it where the ash tray and the cig lighter is. THat way i wont have to remove the orginal cd player but the only problem is taking the panel apart?Does any one know how?Ive tried the suggestion from the guy that replied to my post but still no luck. None of the panels seem to budge and i dont want to damage it as its a new car.

I was just told from a friend of mine to check out www.sylfex.com. Apparantly the make a product called AUXVOD that comes out sometime in Sept or Oct. They have an older model which is out but I havent heard anything about it. They made it for Mazdas so MP3 players can work in your car its some sort of chip. If anyony has heard about this product can you please let me know?
