You guys may be forgetting a few things....
While it sounds like a good idea, will:
1) There be clearance for the TMIC or will it have to be refit w/a FMIC?
2) Will the axle shafts and CV joints interchange?
3) Will the PCM of the MS be compatible with an NA 3 body and accessories?
4) How about the clutch pedal and hydraulics?
5) What about an upgrade in brakes to handle all this new found power?

Some of these answers I"m pretty sure of, like hood clearance for the TMIC. The MS hood has a "power bulge" for it, and I know the MS has heavy duty axles and CV"s, part of the additional weight of the car. Others I am less sure of, but someone considering this swap should find out, definitively, before attempting it. And yes, many do AM Turbo kits w/o an upgrade in brakes, though I think that"s a bad idea.

Leave it to me to rain on your parade, huh?
yer evil. i just wanna buy one and drop her in. i know it take sa helll of a lot more then that. but im sure with a few weeks on your hands you could do it

If you had the whole car, minus the right side (hit a tree sideways and was kind of bent) I am sure you could make it work. I just wanted the LED Taillights out of it [8D]

NOT!! Those are MINE, Ken.
I"m giving up on factory LED tails. Too hard to get and too expensive. I am planning to go w/the AM"s now... finally resigned. I"llretrofit my LED turn signal bulbs in there and maybe... maybe splurge on some for the reverse lights too, but I donno about that one.
BTW: The MS tails are slightly different than the NA"s too. The bulb angle is different, though the MS will fit an NA better than the other way around. I know somebody that had factory LEDs inhis "04 NA when he bought an "07 MS Sport and put them in it.He said it was a headache, but it worked in the end. Only the GT"s come with them, no matter what the method of induction.

You gotta love the thought of turbo'ing one of these, talk about a sleeper. For me, I just wish there was a way to get 30-40 more horsepower w/o such a drastic and expensive endeavour as a turbo mod. My car would be perfect if it had just a teesny weensy bit more torque.

Speaking of torque, have y'all seen that video circulationg around email with an electric car he takes to the drag strip? Outruns Corvettes and Beemers with it. It runs a 12+ second quarter. It's incredible.

I know someone that works for a company in North Carolina that builds Electric cars, and from what he told me the HP and Torque numbers on an Electric Motor are almost straight across on the Dyno. And they do have a couple of pretty quick prototypes.

BTW Richard, I did find a set on EBay for $365.
I did think that the rear lights were the same, I know the fronts are not.

Here's the link for the electric car video. My earlier post was inaccurate. The guy is in Oregon and the car runs 13+ second quarters. How cool would it be to have an electric 3 that could walk a Vette.
