Default Mazda 3 Oil Pan

Hi,

The threads in my oil pan are trashed and I want to replace the pan. I've tried the plug thing, piggy back, new threads, etc. I tired of messing around and just want to replace the pan. I've looked around and I can't locate an aftermarket pan. I can only find the part at the dealer. Does any know if there is an aftermarket pan or where I can find a factory pan for less than $230?

2004 Mazda 3
2.3L - S type 5 door hatch

Thx

Aftermarket? Highly-HIGHLY unlikely. That said, you should be able to go to a bone yard and buy a used pan for a pretty good price.

You can always check ebay, look for wrecked cars on there and call the number of the seller and ask for the oil pan
