I'll be the first to say it.
THIS CAR DOES NOT NEED MORE POWER GOING TO THE FRONT TIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! |
RE: Mazda 3 MPS extreme

I love the way that hood looks! I want it!

RE: Mazda 3 MPS extreme
the EXTREME name is pretty cheesy ... and i dont like the two tone paint job. the interior looks nice. the new suspension setup sounds promising and i wouldnt mind the extra power.

RE: Mazda 3 MPS extreme
Yes, I'm sure that's exactly what he's saying. It's easier to control a lot more powerwhen the front wheels do the steering and the rear wheels do the driving. With FWD torque steer and severe understeer are always a problem and a concern. |
RE: Mazda 3 MPS extreme
personally i think rwd is a little more difficult to control, just because of the same reason you say fwd is more difficult. at least you have control with the fwd.. rwd u dont.. its easier to slip and slide everywhere if you dont kno how to control the car.

RE: Mazda 3 MPS extreme
I think if you took a well balanced 500hp FWDcar and a well balanced 500hp RWD car to a road course track and ran both back-to-back, you'd feel the difference much better than I can explain it here. I don't have a good engineering vocabulary at my disposal. Any engineering types what to get involved here and put it in terms SPeeDy (and I too) could understand? |
