Default Mazda 3(2019) issues hatchback

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had any issues with their Mazda 3. So far my gas cap door wouldn't open so I had to rip it off. Mazda won't honor the warranty due to "outside influence". My car sometimes unlocks when I have my hand on the handle other times it won't. It seems to be 50/50 and the dealership keeps telling me nothing is wrong with it. The other issue is that I found a bulge in my tire which is not covered under warranty. Another issue is that the acceleration seems to be jerky.

Any one else had issues like this? Also is it me does the customer service for Mazda seem to be going downhill. It seems they are unwillingly to work with me and the service manager got pretty pissed that I talked to Mazda customer experience and he went on a tangent on how I should have never done that.

The handle unlock for me seems to be related to someone getting to the car before me.

If my wife touches the other door handle first, I have to use the fob. If I unlock the passenger side to put something in occasionally I need to use the fob to unlock the driver’s side.

I also noticed that when I walk away too slow or open the trunk or another door, it doesn’t lock when walking away.
