Lowering Springs HELP!

Hi.
I bought the H&R Sport Lowering Springs from corksport for my 2010 Mazda 3i and i paid $200 to get them installed this morning. they are supposed to lower 1.6'' in the front and 1.9'' at the rear.
the rear lowered about 1.7'' BUT the front did not lower at all. I measured it before taking it to the shop and the front height was of 8.5'' and it is still 8.5''.
what should i do??:mad:
this is frustating.

That's normal, usually takes about a month for the springs to settle. Also might want to look into getting an alignment down the line. The lowering springs will change the entire characteristics of your vehicle suspension. Not sure if you'll need it, but once the car fully settles, the camber may change which means you may need a camber kit. The rear tires should actually bow slightly outward at the bottom. You'll notice more wear on the inside of the tire then the outside. Mazda designed the car this way to prevent the rear end from sliding out on aggressive turns.

I've been told the H&R's will give you a smoother feeling ride, where as Eibach are more stiff. Let me know if you feel any difference once it settles in. You planning on changing rims? Going up a size will make it appear lower as well.

Waiting a month for lowering springs to settle is ridiculous. Coil overs and good springs take 5-6min max, cheap ones drop instant or depending if you got the wrong spring rate.

For the rear you need to get the camber links to set or adjust the camber, if not you can say bye bye to your rear tires in a matter of months.

Imma say this once and never again.....lose the wing

Anyway id take pics with measurements shown in them and the H&R springs with a part number then phone up H&R, see what they say
