I thought I would have found lots of info on this but can't locate anything useful.

I tightened the nut holding on the handle but wasn't loose and didn't fix the loose handle. Does that mean something is broken? It appears that there is a spring which pulls the handle back into place - but my handle is loose like there is no spring.

If I have to replace the door handle does someone have video or detailed pictures because for me it's not obvious how to replace the handle. Seems near impossible to get to.
