Default looking to buy the new 2014 mazda 3

hello everyone i am looking to buy the new Mazda 3 i touring, i have been a Toyota and Honda guy my whole life, i love the look and options the the 3 offers but what i don't know about is Mazda reliability, any one here have any Mazda cars with 100+k on them and if so any major problems along the way? i own my cars for a long time the only reason in am here is because my 1994 v6 xle camry with 180k got wrecked in a crash last week. my other options i was looking at were the 2014 corolla, forte, sentra,elantra,jetta. any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I used to have a 2008 Mazda 3 iSport sedan. In 5 1/2 years I drove 134,430 miles before I traded her in. It was an amazing machine! Just keep up with the maintenance and don't treat it like poop and you're golden. I always used Mobil 1 synthetic it's entire life too and it was always reliable. It never left me on the side of the road.

Since you mention the 2014: I just bought one last week. So far so good! The gas mileage numbers are a little low but I'm waiting to see how the mileage gets once the engine has further broken in. But that shouldn't be anything to discourage you from buying one. It drives amazingly smooth and has great power and acceleration for an engine of its size (2.0 Skyactiv).
