Hello. I just bought a 2017 Mazda 3 and no.1 I am having problems with condensation, I even had frost on the INSIDE of the windscreen last week; and no. 2 the heater doesn't actually heat up until the car moves, it just blows cold air no matter how long I leave the car running. Has anyone else experienced these problems? Thanks.

 

Depending on the ambient air temperature, if there is a huge difference in temps between inside & outside the car you can experience condensation, on either the inside or outside of the windows.
