I recently bought A 2005 Mazda three with 181,000 miles on it. The car is using oil and I can’t figure out why. It does not appear to be burning the oil because I have no oil flume coming out of the exhaust pipe and I have no oil leak that I can see. The car just needed 3 quarts of oil to be added with only 1200 miles on the current oil change. I would appreciate some Help and advice regarding what it could be that is causing the oil usage.
