Do 05"s have cabin air filter?

I have an 05 3 2.3 liter and wanted to know if it has a cabin air filter? I don"t know if it was only available on the SP23, or it came with any 3 with an air conditioner. Thanks
Lev.

"Could be wrong, Lev, but I think "06 was the first year of the cabin filter. I know for sure the "04"s don"t have one but that they can be retrofitted. Frankly, I don"t want one.
At a cost of $45 ea, and the fact that I have never owned a car that had one, I think I can live w/o it now.

Ok just making sure. I remember reading in the manual it said something about the cabin air filter, but it had an asterisk next to it, and on the bottom it said on select models. I'm assuming that since the SP23 is equivalent to a GT that that's the model they are talking about. I just wanted to know, because my car is going on 4 years old, and i've never replaced or checked for one. I saw a write up on how to change it. The writer showed a picture of the old filter compared to a new filter, and the old was pretty dirty. I have outside air coming in anyway, so the windows don't fog up.

I just found my 2005 Mazda3 brochure i got at the dealer. I looked at the specs for the SP23 and it says A/C pollen filter. I'm assuming that's the cabin air filter.
