Default Brakes soft..bumpy road only

Hi Guys,
First post here. My Mazda has treated me well. First real issue is my brakes..not bad for 120K.

Last week I went 5mph down a bumpy road. I went 1 mile and we parked for 3 hours. When I went to leave and went 5mph again I noticed the brakes were non existent. The pedal traveled to the floor and right at the end it tried to build pressure but it couldn't stop the car. No lights or nothing. Another mile I noticed the brakes were back and working great. The next day it did the same thing. ONLY ON A SLOW bumpy road. But again came back 30 seconds later.

This weekend it did it again, I removed ABS fuse and it was still there. But about a minute later they were back. I am leaning towards my MC but why a bumpy road... fyi this is a slow bumpy road; not just a dirt road that you can go 10-20 mph on.
