New here.

I'm looking for a bit of help please. I went away with some friends for a while and I the process my 2015 Mazda3's battery has died. Now I can't unlock the car with the fob or even the key in the driver's side door. The key won't even turn in the lock.

Am I doing anything wrong or is there something else I can try to get the door unlocked to pop the hood to get to the battery?
