Default anyone having problems with scratches on the windshield?

[align=left]I have a few scratches on my windshield that showed up sometime between now and when I bought it 16,000 miles ago. now I notice a new scratch on the inside of my windshield. I have only ever cleaned the outside with windex and paper towels, or a touchless car wash. the inside also - only windex and paper towels. Ive never had a problem like this before with any of my vehicles. oh yeah, it is an 06.
I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem with mazda glass.

Thats true, I forgot about scraping the ice. I guess the one inside is what really frustrates me.
