Airbag light on
 

I bought a 2009 Mazda 3 for cheap because the airbag light is on and now I am looking to get it fixed. I have the error code B2232 which I think maybe a clockspring issue. This is my first car and am unsure how much I should be paying for something like this. I live in San Francisco, what is a reasonable price to pay to fix my car?
