Default Air Fan

I purchased my vehicle new in March 2021, and the A/C fan stopped working around July or August of 2022. Now, for the second time, it has failed again. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or is there any information on whether there has been a recall related to the A/C fan?

Welcome to the forum.

the number one cause for the blower motors failing is not doing cabin filter services and at least a HVAC system clean after 7 year or close to 80k miles. Sooner on all these is better.

When the blower motors were replaced were they looked at for a cause? Or just replaced?

signs from cause and effect…
dirty cage
using frequently with engine off
dirty cabin filter
low voltage supply due to charging problem and or failing battery or ECU generator regulation

The blower if the same for a few years and model Mazda there are no recalls on them being a problem or TSB about them directly as having a problem failing prematurely.

Isn't your Mazda still under warranty?

If out of warranty there are better quality blower motors on the market then OEM Mazda .
