I have a Mazda 3 2015 last year Koeppel Mazda in Queens New York put new rear brakes and rotors in. Everything was fine only 900 mile on the brakes .I went away for the winter 3 months the car sat .Its normal for the rotors to get a rust on them I come home drive the car its fine this year I just got back go to drive the car a bit stuck because of the rear brake.I don't force it rock back and forth a bit till it moves . But this year as you can see in the picture the brake like froze on the rotor so now brake is rough like bouncing when you hit it. Also the front rotors are not rusted .Before they changed the rear rotors everything was fine. So I brought it back to mazda dealer I have to pay for new brakes again. Also they can see the problem .So has anyone heard of this I think the rotors in the rear that was replaced might be defective also how can I avoid this in the future the mechanic at mazda said wrap the wheels up in plastic any ideas thanks
