2011 Mazda 3 Battery Drain when Off

Due to my new (and verified today) battery dying overnight, and an alternator that is putting out 14V I'm thinking I've got some kind of short, or defective electronics.

I'm not sure how much my car should be pulling while ignition is off and everything is switched off (lights), but I'm seeing nearly 2A getting pulled when I put a meter between the battery ground and ground cable. In some places I'm reading that 50mA is normal.

Does 2A sound like a problem? I would think it is, 2A seems like a ton.
What devices can cause a drain like this? As far as I can tell all my normal systems are operating, so I'm guessing it's something I'm not using at the moment (like the AC)? Is this reasonable guess?

2amps is huge. Should be 0.04amps.
