2009 Mazda 3 Sport Rear brake problems after tyre change and trying to align wheels

Hi all.

This is my first post and I hope someone can tell me what could've happened. I saw a lot of useful posts here. Thank you all for the contributions!

I went yesterday to get my new tyres fitted and I also wanted my front wheels aligned so I booked that too. They asked me there if I want the rear wheels aligned too as they were also off so I agreed. They tried to do it but then told me they couldn't do it because of "rear tracking adjuster bolts".
When I drove home I noticed that the rear brakes don't brake as good as before I went to the garage! And it studders a bit.
Do you have any idea what could cause that? I do suspect it could be worn brake pads but it was all good before the visit to the garage so it looks like that they did something wrong and not telling me.

Thank you.

Wheel alignment has nothing to do with, or no involvement with the brakes. It could be bad luck / bad timing. I would get it looked at ASAP by your local mechanic.

I can believe the rear toe bolt being seized, seen it before.

Thanks grim_reaper.

Just got it checked and according to them it was pure coincidence. Anyway, the bushes need to be changed.
