Hello forum, I hope that someone can help me. I have been servicing my daughters mazda, her ac clutch somehow got knocked off. I replaced it, and upon charging realized the pressure switch went out. At least it's the last thing for me to replace to get cold air. Symptom. Compressor shuts off before its cool. So I have ordered the switch 3 times. None fit being the threading diameter is to large. Went to advance , autozone, same issue . Even took old on in. With them scratching thier heads with no answer, to why they only show one switch for this car
Vin checked also. Nothing. The old switch is a 1/8 in diameter where all switches for this car is 1/4. Motor size is 2.0. Im just at a lose with No where having a smaller threaded switch available. Could I try another year make model, that could be compatible? Thank you for any advice or suggestions. BECCA
