2008 Mazda 3 sirius receiver
Recently I purchased a sirius receiver and install kit from a mazda dealer. I installed the unit in the glove box, and when i was finished the factory radio and all the buttons worked well. After 2 weeks now, the radio when placed on satellite, will not remember the preset stations. I called sirius and they are telling me there could be a problem with the internal modum in the receiver. The radio will remember the presets in fm/am mode only. Anyone ever had this happen to them, and could I disconnect the wires to the receiver and will that reset itself so it remembers the presets. thanks for any assistance.
Mine remembers all 18 presets on the Satellite box.
Make sure you are still getting power to it from the wire you hooked in, that is the power for the presets. I do believe the way it is set up the main power itself comes in from the radio

Siber Express,
Thanks for the info however, I went back and rechecked all my connections and none of them were loose. One thing I forgot to mention was that even when the satellite is on and i program a channel, once i program another channel, and press the button to select the previous one, it does not remember it and it reads INVALID. Sirius tried to send a signal 3 times to it and all 3 times nothing happened.
