Default 2007 Mazda 3 Lt headlamp issues

have a 2007 Mazda 3, the left headlamp bulb was burnt out as well as the socket. I replaced both socket and headlamp bulb but still nothing. The right side low beam works jut fine. Ive checked both the fuse and relay there is power getting to them but no power to left headlamp socket... any suggestions ??

There will be individual fuses for each headlamp

Both fuses were good… Looks like I have 12 V that run in to the fuse box under the hood and then it shows a dead wire coming out of the fuse box. So it looks like my problem may lie in the fuse box under the hood

There should be four headlamp fuses, LH Low Beam, LH High Beam, RH Low Beam, RH High Beam.

Have you tried measuring voltage at the headlight plug?

I get nothing at the left headlamp socket… But I do get 12 V right before the fuse box under the hood
