Hi

i recently picked up a 2006 Mazda 3 with automatic climate control unit. None of the controls on the climate control unit work. Pressing the different modes (floor, defrost, panel etc) show on the display as the correct mode but air only comes out of the panel. Also neither the fan speed or temp control work at all. Turning them does nothing. I though it may be a bad climate control unit so I picked up another one, and replaced it. My hopes were quickly dashed as this unit does the same thing. Any idea what might be causing this. I have noaticed with the new unit if I turn the temp dial very slowly, sometimes the temp changes.... and sometimes the entire unit will blink off and then back on.

hoping someone out there has had a similar issue.
