Default p0550 P0550 Mazda - Power Steering Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Hi Guys,

I have a 2006 mazda 3 1.6L sedan with auto tranny
.
last week my CEL turned on, quick check on the obd yielded:

fault code P0550 Mazda - Power Steering Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

whats the best way to tackle this?

Possible causes:
- Faulty Power Steering Pressure Sensor
- Power Steering Pressure Sensor harness is open or shorted
- Power Steering Pressure Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

Change the fluid, check elec connections, re-set computer.
If code comes back, change the sensor.

Default Where is that sensor located?

Is it accessible ? Special tools/procedure or just plug and play?
