Turn signal canceling and not canceling

Since I bought this Mazda 2 I complain that the turn signal cancels only when the turn is 90 degrees or less. Any turn above that has to be cancelled manually. It is infuriating! I get upset every time I drive this car. I owned GLC, 323, MX3 and all cancelled if the steering was straightened. My 1952 Buick cancelled the turn signal using a wheel against the turning steering. It worked every time. Hi Tech Mazda claims it is within Mazda specs that the turn signal can't cancel every turn of the steering! My next car will be one that cancels the turn signal, probably not a Mazda anymore.
