P0328 knock sensor
Hi all
after 10 years of ownership I have had my first eml come on
P0328 knock sensor 1 circuit high bank 1 or sensor 1
prior to this coming on I had on 2 different occasions (far apart) where there was a slight burning smell coming in to the car - so should I assume that the sensor was on the way out hence the fuel/air mixture starting to become incorrect causing the burning smell and eventually packed up and now showing the light ? Note I haven’t noticed any poor idle or extra fuel consumption-
should I start with replacing the knock sensor?
