Mazda 2 sel sat nav diy install

new to group and new to mazdas :)
picking up 2015 Mazda 2015 se l and has the larger screen and sat nav icon but a message to contact dealer to have sat nav installed?
wondering if it’s just a case of buying the SD card from eBay or Amazon and popping it in?

Yes. You just need the applicable SD card. I've had no experience with counterfeit / non Genuine SD cards. I've only dealt with Genuine Mazda SD cards.
