Got a new toy to read the ECU did ya?

There are actually over 105 PIDS for an average Maza. Not sure why you are posting this 99% of members do not even understand most of this information let alone be able to read the variables and interpret its meaning.

BTW if you did a proper throttle body cleaning unless you had a specific and verified DTC relating to the operation of the Throttle body NOTHING should have changed except improve MPG and maybe off idle throttle response! Then you would see that only 2 of the PIDs!

The New Toy is the MAZDA 2, lots of fun to be had. Have been OBD2 since 2006 & OB1 before that, wrenching is fun.

Re: "105 PIDS for an average Maza"
I've just posted what the two common readers show for Live Data Stream on "Drivetrain" to show the difference between OBD2 & JOBD2. There are more PIDs available for the BCM & DCS etc so the number accessible is greater than 105

Re: "Not sure why you are posting this 99% of members do not even understand most of this information"
Provides a benchmark for others if they are running 91RON non ethanol ULP & at 10m to 20m AHD & they can also identify the outcome of the throttle body cleaning.
OBD2 has been standard for all new cars since nominal 2006 so there has been time to get to grips with OBD2......Was surprised a similar post was not on the Mazda2 Forum given the age of these cars. Gunking of Throttle Body, EGR & PCV etc considerably dependent on weight of Oil & NOACK of the oil used in the car. They need a clean.

WRT "NOTHING should have changed except improve MPG and maybe off idle throttle response"
Noted Throttle Body Plus IAT & MAF cleaning were done.
=>> I'll disagree. As expected, have seen the TP% Change, MAF & LTFT after nominal 300kms of additional driving "as the Fuel Trim Mapping Re Learns the New Normal operating conditions". The Idle quality has also stabilised to a rock solid 650RPM. If it does not then Inlet Manifold Gasket, vacuum leak or EGR are the next steps. WRT Fuel Economy change, wil see what happens over the next 5,000 to 10,000kms.

Re "Then you would see that only 2 of the PIDs!"
Not quite....my thoughts are see the PIDs in Bold as the Focus/Items to watch as the effects of the Throttle Body Plus IAT & MAF cleaning re Map the LTFT Table in the ECU.

What is the TP% on your MAZDA 2 1.5lt DE at FULL OP TEMP IDLE, All Accessories Off, Neutral, Foot not on Brake?

I am sure that if you look around this forum you will find several posting operational pictures with selected PID I choose to watch more then others on every drive! And there is your answer in a few pictures aw well.
My Mazda is a 2018 2.5 automative touring , but if you read my signature it is not exactly what Mazda claimed it to be anymore

I should have mentioned while somewhere you categorized me as a DIY that fine not exactly even close my Throttle body I currently run on my Mazda is my own Machined sizing custom plate, throttle shaft as well fasteners and other proprietary modifications. So while it is not only slightly larger in mm it is also flowed better then OE and for that matter most all the currently available "performance" TB available in the aftermarket. So my TB% is not factory and adjusted in the TB actuators as well the ECU programing for the modification to that throttle body.
