Default Immobilizer problem Mazda 2 2007-2010

So i left my drivers window down the whole evening of a tropical rain storm. In the morning i couldnt start the car and the immobilizer lights wouldnt disappear, meaning the immobilizer is engaged. When i hotwired the starter from the fuse box there was a crank but the car wouldnt start so its not a battery issue. Took out the immobilizer ring/antenna and there was corrosion on the circuit board. Brought it to an electronics shop and they said they could not fix it because it they could not take the access the circuit board properly without damaging it. Bought a used immobilizer/antenna and still wont shut off the immobilizer. The key is not the problem because ive only been using the original key which has no batteries. Does the immobilizer ring antenna thing have chip info in it? How can i solve this problem without calling in a key programmer guy?

The "ring" as you call it requires programming to the car. It's not something you can do yourself.
