Default Central Locking Issue

A few weeks ago the battery went flat after an inside light was left on. Since restarting the car with jump leads the central locking no longer works. I have tried replacing the battery in the fob and also reprogramming by the on/off process and opening the door 3 times but no joy. I can hear the car is trying to do something as a small noise is audible from the footwell of the passanger side of the car but it doens't lock/unlock the car. I believe I have done the reprogamming correctly as I hear this noise when the the 'cycle' process is due after closing/opening the door.

Could it be a fuse issue? If so, please can someone advise how to do this?

Many thanks
