Tribute brake warning light faintly on

Anyone have a faint brake warning light on at night? When I pull the parking brake handle I get the full light but it stays on very faintly with the brake lever off? Sometimes it seems to go away but most of the time it is there. When I turn the lights off it stays there but when I turn the ignition off it goes away.

??

brake warning light

I noticed something similar lately to what you are describing.
I had it in a shop recently and they didn't diagnose a brake problem. During the previous visit, the shop R&R'd the brake fluid. Could that be coincidental?
I haven't noticed any brake performance issues, and my parking brake holds good and strong.

Yes my front pads were replaced recently but there are no issues with my brakes physically.

I am wondering if I just didn't notice it before or it is a reflection on the backlighting from the panel?

I had to tighten a ground from the battery (on fender well) in order to get the alternator to charge properly so maybe there is a grounding issue somewhere?

Brake warning light dim

I am having the same problem, started yesteday. I did have a brake line come off about 3 weeks ago, and had the brake lines replace/repaired. I suspected low brake fluid, but fluids appear to be OK. Having a ton of rain right now...could extreme moisture be doing something to the electrical end of the warning light?
