Default Mazda Tribute 2005 code P0193

The code said its the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor A Circuit High my question is there a possibility of a misdiagnose? and is something else? also to add for feed back is this part compatible with ford escape 2005 I don't want to pay more that I have to live in a very tight budget... and I saw some videos how to change it but don't know if is as easy as they look and wont have to do something else after change it... please advice

It's always possible for a code to give you wrong advice, but changing the sensor in the fuel rail should fix it. Make sure you disable the fuel pump by pulling the appropriate fuse or relay and running the engine until it stalls out. This will have bled most of the fuel pressure away so you don't get sprayed with fuel when you unbolt the sensor.

P0193 isn't used in Tributes in my market, but the code is a result of something not right, it could be the sensor, it could be a wiring fault, could be a fault with the fuel lines.
