Default Left Back door Stuck closed. Tried everything

Hello,
I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute and the Left Back door is Stuck closed since I bought it. Outside and insider handle seem to do nothing but I can hear the electric lock open and close if I open/close the car.
Took the doorpanel off, linkage moves freely and is properly attached but the door doesnt open. Any Tips? Picture of the inside of the door below.
