Default How To Focus Headlights in 2004 Tribute

Good day guys,
Please guide me through the process to focus my headlights. I can't figure out how

There is only an up/down adjustment via a screw located on the rear of the headlight near the fender, accessed vertically from above. No horizontal adjustment is provided.

These aim the lights, not sure what "focus" means, UV can and will eventually lead to a yellow haze across plastic lights which will diffuse the beams, if you have this then you need to have the lights cleaned, or do it yourself with one of the kits available (or use fine grade wet n dry and metal polish), its a 6mthly task down in NZ due to the high levels of UV here. If this is the issue then cleaning is required, it can't be adjusted out.

oh ok, thanks. do you by chance have a pic or vid of the exact location of the screw?
Also thanks for the headlights restoration tips. much appreciated.

Here you go, the screw is under the oval hole in the black part of the headlight, you’ll need a 6/7(?)mm socket and extension from memory - the pic is of the right headlight.
