It is a press fit only. I replaced my motor and couldn't get it off so I cut it. After I replaced the motor the new arm just gets pushed on, you might need a new arm. I got mine from the dealer about $7.

If all you're referring to is the wiper blade, mine went on just like the wipers in the front - slide and click/lock the male U-shaped piece in the middle of the blade into place in the female U-shaped slot on the arm. Note that it may be a tight fit getting the arm pulled away from the rear window, pulling the old wiper off and putting the new one on. Another thought is to go to Advance Auto and have them install it for you for free.
If, on the other hand, you're referring to the entire wiper blade assembly (arm, etc.), sorry, I can't help.
Good luck.

Assuming you're talking about the entire wiper arm, on my '01 LX, the entire arm locks onto the motor shaft via a small, inconspicuous tab at the base of the arm. To remove the arm, I just pull the wiper away (against the spring tension) from the glass and then move the little tab to the down (slide it towards the bumper) position. The blade then locks into the up (off of the glass) position and the entire arm can now be slid off of the motor shaft -- just reverse the procedure to put it back on. I do this all the time when washing the vehicle and have never had a problem. Not sure why the one reviewer above needed to cut the arm to remove it.
