Help : Can't find manual shifting parts

Help : Can't find manual shifting parts
At risk of laughter from car guys and gals, I had to join to see if anyone can help me solve a dilema
I bought a 2002 Tribute 4wd 5 speed manual and suddenly it won't stay in 3rd gear. When I release the clutch, it grinds.
I believe it's the shift cable bushing (?) but for the life of me cannot find MANUAL cables or bushings anywhere.
Could someone out in the mazda multiverse of madness send me in the right direction?
I love this damned SUV, just put 1000.00 bucks into it to make it even better and am stuck.
