There are three usual things that cause this:
1) The heater box drain is clogged, missing or disconnected (A/C condensation.)
2) The drain holes in the bottom of the door(s) are clogged with filth, rust and debris.
3) The sunroof/moonroof drains are clogged and/or disconnected.

Beyond that I can think of any cowl drain that may be clogged allowing water to back up into the interior.

Rear screen wash pipe could be leaking from in driver foot well.
It has a joint in there check this.

If you have a moon roof it is most likely the drain line is clogged. There is one on each side that runs down thru the windshield post. If you have a compressor you can blow them out with about 100 psi from the top.

If you have had a front screen replaced i have had a leak from this and had to have it re installed as it was not sealed well enough
