Default Confounded braking issues

Having some issues with front brake wanting to stick. Have replaced master cylinder, front right rotor and caliper, and bothered rubber lines along with new ceramic pads. Yet, I am still having an issue with sticking on front right. Problem started when ABS light came on.inspected tone rings (they are good ) assuming that it may be a sensor, but in meantime I have disabled ANS function by pulling fuses and unplugging motor. Car still wants to vibrate in front end at speeds over 60mph and front right brake seems to be pressing on rotor causing it to heat up. Am looking for a little help trying to diagnose this. Usually not bad at figuring out brake problems, but this one seems to have me stumped a little. Would there maybe be an issue with the booster?

Do the brakes pull to one side? The "heating up" right side may be because its doing all the work - your post reads that you only changed the right rotor???

Got a P0403 code on my mazda. I know it's an EGR, but when I replaced the unit with a new one and erased the code, that same code came back later that day. Is there something else on this code other than the EGR module that would bring this code back
