On my 2002 tribute, only while accelerating we hear what sounds like air blowing. This is coming from front passenger side. Any ideas?

 

Maybe a tiny bit more describing said air noise? Like a window cracked? Do you have a sunroof? In a far stretch a wheel bearing going south could have a woosh sound, and old Tributes had a TSB on wrong bearings installed that required replacing (mine did after only 5 years).
Why not have someone drive while you pinpoint the source closer?
