Default Need help!!!

HI i have an 03 mazda tribute v6.. and my truck wont stay on if i take my foot off the gas pedal!!! Iv already had the spark plugs changed and a new catalytic converter put in, and still nothing so i dont wanna go back to that mechanic!!! we did a PSI reading on the fuel pump and it was @ 50 PSI but everywhere i called said they cant give me the right PSI for my truck!!! can anyone help me!!!! A bad "I.A.C" idle air control valve can cause that. Another thing it might be is the "M.A.P" mass air flow sensor.
