Default 2003 4cly 5 speed manual Air Bag Light flash, then steady

As the title said, the airbag light flashes, then becomes steady. Now, it was idling rough for a few days, I had code P0171 and no others, so I've ordered a MAF sensor to install. I'm trying to see if they're connected in anyway. I doubt it, because I'm just now thinking that the other day, while looking around the car for a receipt, I rather vigorously moved the front seats forward, by lifting the lever and pushing from behind. I wonder if doing that, and pushing the 3 Tervis tumblers, jumper cables, pens, and other detritus that accumulates on the floor around screwed with the sensor.

There are a couple of plugs under each seat for the seat airbags and seatbelt pretensions, reseat all of them and the light will likely resolve and yes, take care shoving stuff under the seats near them...anyone in the rear can inadvertently kick stuff with their feet and hence into the connectors....

Can't see any connection to the rough idle, troubleshoot separately as you are doing.

Default Air bag light has stopped flashing

I've yet to install the MAF sensor to see if it solved the rough idle and code.
